Positive: The place is spacious and fully equipped with a nice kitchen and utensils. The view down the canal with the huts lining alongside is a nice experience to see life in the Florida keys. The owner is very responsive and helpful. They gave us local tips and really wanted us to enjoy the keys. The provided kayaks were fabulous and the hidden tiki was a spectacular treasure to find. Kayaking was peaceful at night and we got to see manatees snorting in the water channels. This place gave us so beautiful memories of the Florida keys.

Relaxing. Positive: The room was super clean and welcoming and the host was very gracious in honoring our early check in. There was limited communication when I requested early check in until I called as we arrived. The area is quiet and clean and felt protected. The space was well appointed! Negative: The communication about early check in could have been better. The location was ok but we still had to drive to get to a beach or any type of grocery store. The traffic was less than enjoyable.

Juan Carlos was very easy to reach and very communicative. The apartment was clean, cozy and had a lovely view. The neighborhood was close but quiet. Weather did not support kayaking, but the area looked great for it and we would definitely return so we could try it out!

Holiday next to a construction site Positive: We arrived in the evening and everything was quiet. We were surprised about all the excavators next to the building. The self-checkin was easy. The interior decoration of the apartment is beautiful. It is well-appointed. Negative: At 8 a.m. three excavators started to work simultaneously and we saw there was a huge construction site right next to the building. The noise was excruciating until late afternoon. It was only possible to get to the pool when you walked right across the construction site between the excavators. The next morning at 8:15 the work and the noise started again. Fortunately, our stay was over.
