Positive: This place was wonderful! It was clean, comfortable and homey.It was the perfect size for my husband and I. It was in a quiet little community and it was very relaxed. Far enough away from hustle and bustle but close enough to town. The owners checked in several times throughout our trip(via messages) to make sure that we were having a good time and to make sure that we didn't need anything. The room had everything that we needed, coffee pot, dishes, utensils, etc. I would definitely recommend staying here! Negative: No issues! The bed was a little firmer than I was used to, but still comfortable!

Great location for boaters and fishing enthusiasts Positive: The property was very clean, updated and modern. The shower is hot and has good water pressure. Access to the Marina pool and kayaks is great! Negative: The property does not include a dishwasher, and the coffee pot was very small (4 cup) which was in inconvenient for more than one coffee drinker. The coin fed laundry that was located outside, downstairs and at the back of the property was a disappointment and could be inconvenient for long term stays. For these reasons I feel the property is overpriced as opposed to what a week’s stay in a hotel would have been.

Hidden gem perfect location for our quick getaway to unwind, priced just right for all accommodations Positive: This property is a hidden GEM!!! The Studio was perfectly set up, full sized kitchen with everything you need. Furnished beautifully from the pull out couch to the comfy bed. The walk in rain SHOWER was everything, after a day of using the free kayaks and visiting the hidden beach. We cooked out on the gas BBQ grill provided with our unit (clean and with all utensils needed) The whole atmosphere of the property was amazing, everyone was so friendly . Our host was just a txt away and always responded within minutes, answered all our questions. Let’s not forget the privacy blinds in all windows and doors, each little extra within the studio was perfectly thought of, thank you for making our stay so AMAZING. Negative: Not one thing EVERYONE and EVERY THING was perfect

Fake description - great apartment Positive: Great location for quick access to water (not for swimmers though) Negative: Lie in the description was really bothering us: ONLY ONE room - no separate bedroom - although it says otherwise. We felt betrayed and would have never booked it like that! Sleeping in one room with the son on a sofa bed and with the kitchen in the same room is not our idea of a perfect holiday!

Very few locations in the Keys can match this one for the adventurous types. Positive: Great location, very nice assortment of kayaks and paddle boards, well thought out arrangements like a floating kayak launch, outdoor sitting areas, and an on-demand water heater. Negative: Almost nothing fit into the “didn’t like” category. Maybe only that two of the three kayak paddles’ blades were made of a softer plastic that cut down on paddling power a bit.
